Trust and Compliance Infrastructure
Entity: SEOXIA
Effective Date: March 2026
Status: Active and Enforced
This master document outlines the operational terms, privacy protocols, tracking behaviors, and legal disclaimers governing the use of SEOXIA’s digital properties and diagnostic services.
SEOXIA operates as a forensic consultancy. To conduct our organic infrastructure audits, we require specific diagnostic inputs. When you submit your firm URL through our secure intake desk, we collect that digital endpoint alongside your professional contact details.
We do not collect sensitive client financial data. Our analysis is strictly limited to your firm's public-facing digital architecture, search engine positioning, and trust infrastructure indicators.
The data provided during the intake process is utilized exclusively for the generation of your clinical diagnostic report. We deploy this data to:
Strict Confidentiality Rule: SEOXIA does not sell, lease, or distribute your firm's contact details or diagnostic findings to third-party vendors. Your operational weaknesses remain completely confidential.
By initiating a diagnostic request, you authorize our senior team to contact you regarding your audit findings. We reject standard agency sales pressure tactics. If your audit reveals zero actionable faults, we will inform you of that fact and terminate the communication sequence. You may request the deletion of your intake data at any time by contacting our compliance protocol desk.
Our digital properties deploy standard tracking infrastructure to monitor website functionality, user engagement, and diagnostic routing.
You maintain the right to disable non-essential cookies through your browser parameters. Doing so will not restrict your ability to request a Forensic Audit.
The "140-Point Forensic Audit" is a baseline measurement tool provided by SEOXIA. Submitting your URL for an audit does not create a binding vendor-client retainer relationship. SEOXIA reserves the right to decline diagnostic requests if a firm does not meet our minimum operational criteria.
All clinical briefs, service protocols, proprietary methodologies, and structural frameworks published on SEOXIA.com are the exclusive intellectual property of SEOXIA. CPA firms may use our diagnostic insights internally, but may not duplicate, sell, or publicly distribute our proprietary frameworks without written authorization.
Because SEOXIA operates in the financial marketing sector and frequently publishes case studies detailing revenue growth, we are required to enforce strict transparency regarding performance expectations.
All case dossiers, including metrics such as "Map Pack Position Shifts," "Added Billable Hours," and "Pipeline Engineered," represent verified outcomes from specific, isolated client engagements. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Search engine algorithms (Google) are proprietary, highly volatile, and subject to unannounced changes. While SEOXIA utilizes forensic, data-backed methodologies to engineer visibility, we do not—and legally cannot—guarantee specific ranking positions, exact traffic volumes, or guaranteed financial returns.
Revenue Causality: Improved search visibility is only one component of revenue generation. The conversion of search traffic into billable CPA hours depends heavily on a firm's internal intake process, operational capacity, and pricing models, which fall outside SEOXIA's control.
As our diagnostic technologies and legal obligations evolve, we may update this infrastructure policy. Any structural changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We advise managing partners to review this documentation periodically.
